This is a beautiful tag coming from my friend Bluepanjeet. I only wish that putting up a Christmas tree in this country beginning of December was normal, helaas! it isn’t. It’s 14 days before Christmas so I hurriedly put up our tree last Saturday evening to which my husband commented that it’s too early, and he wasn’t exaggerating because so far, our house is the only one with a Christmas tree … and still my tree isn’t done yet, but for this meme I will show a part of our tree. I’ll try to add later on an image when it’s done.
Though I agree with the saying that Christmas isn’t about decoration and physical stuff, still… living in a foreign land that isn’t (really) celebrating the 25th of December, I just have to have a Christmas tree. Between 1991 up to present, I have only celebrated Christmas in the Philippines twice. .. so yes, I do miss our native celebration.
This tree (not a real one) was first decorated with silver and gold ornaments when we first bought it back in 1999. The silver balls slowly were replaced with red ones which I prefer because it gives more life to the tree. I still have a lot to learn decorating a tree, maybe next year it’ll be better.

STEL: medyo ok na, sipon at ubo na lang, wala ng temp. and headache.
uch: no celebration, just went out to breath fresh air and he bought me an anniv gift (tripod for my camera) ako ‘la pa gift, ayaw magsukat ng sweater eh, yun gusto nya…kasi it was so crowded and I wasn’t feeling good that time.
nakakabasag na ba si jack ng ornaments? palo palo haha! buti na lang si pugngo pag gamit namin talaga iniiwasan nya lapitan, as in! grabe respect sa gamit nun…yung higaan lang nya(sofa namin) ang talagang inangkin nya

Naku e, sa 24 pa kami magdedecorate ng Christmas tree. I remember I commented in your other blog na 23rd dito nagdedecorate, heheh 24th pala ng December. Tinanong ko uli si hub e.
