5′6, 67 kls.

Standing at 5′6″ and weighing 67 kilos isn’t ideal. Not for me.

This at-home-work and no-regular-exercise is really becoming alarming as I can feel and see the extra unwanted kilos I carry around. I feel exhausted after a few meters walk, sometimes would puff for air or need to give my knees a break. Not good, not good at all. I want to go on a diet again and even a friend suggested Orovo (for diet and food supplement) to try. I have tried many forms of dieting in the past, many times I also was triumphant but in the end only gained back the kilos I’ve lost.

Now I’m realizing that my dream job of working from home in front of the computer isn’t that ‘dreamy’ after all. I need to get my beautiful but widening behind off the chair and at least work it out (while taking food supplement of course if I combine it with a good diet) for at least 2 hours a day. I used to do 4 hours in the past and that felt good.

But 30minutes would be a good start, right? Will someone out there keep an eye on me and nag me if I’ve not done my workout?

Maybe that “Orovo” really work like wonders without any use of real “exercise”.

I think the best exercise is in the mind. *Mindset: me sitting on a lotus position*.

kidding aside, important talaga ang exercise. Maski ako man tinatamad talaga, andyan lang ang treadmill but I can’t get myself to use it everyday. buti nalang twice a week ang belly dancing

Hi Thess. I also need to think of a good workout. I used to go to the gym near my son’s school but I stopped. I gained weight that’s why I need to start another healthy exercise regime.

Cge lang, nag nag lang..nag nag din kita ha ha ha! Alam mo isa pang nakakatamad kasi, ang cross trainer ko eh kailangan ko i-move to a larger space each time I want to use it, kasi wala kaming space. My pilates machine din, kailangan ko i move..yung pag move pa lang, pagod na ako eh har har har! Counted na yun as exercise di ba? :mydance:

I wish you’d find time to go back to the gym Rach! My husband actually wants me to enroll again, never mind of it’s too expensive ( the reason why I stopped my gym membership) but hubby said (and he’s right) that i was at my healthiest when I was doing the gym years ago.

hay naku, what kind of encouragement pa kaya do we need? :hungry:
