Bathroom renovation on the horizon.
It was the last day of holiday yesterday. Most shops and stores were closed except for kitchen and bathroom stores-dealers. Since we will be having a bathroom renovation that’s planned in the next 4 weeks to come, my husband and I decided to spend the day looking for stuff that we need for the bathroom. Tiles, sink, shower head, sink faucet, thermostat tap, etc. We will be getting rid of the bath tub (since we seldom use it) so choosing tiles was a difficult task since the bathroom space is small thus choosing the right color and tile size have to be considered carefully. We needed an illusion to make it seem bigger.
I then started to think about glass tiles. I was thinking that this would give us the illusion we have in mind. Can you imagine the wall in white tiles, but one side where the douche will stand, it will be in black tiles. Floor will be in black too, that will run up to the douche wall. Only the tiles I had in mind was difficult to find. If only glasstilestore.com delivers to our place then I would have ordered just the tiles that I like. Tiles are at below wholesale prices & in stock for shipping to all states. Ah, that would have been a big help for our renovation, really easier when everything is delivered to your door.
Anyway, I am not looking forward to all the dirt and dust of renovation will bring, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Naku, that is so exciting… just hearing your plans makes me want to renovate our bathroom as well… problem is, we are just renting a flat here and, obviously, I am not paying for something that will not be mine in the end.
I hope you are not planning a DIY project. If you are, then I take back what I said… that is not exciting anymore! Hehehe.
