During my years of singing, Whitney Houston was one artists that I loved. The world was pleasantly stunned at the strength of her voice when she first came out to the music scene and without difficulties, she climbed up the pop charts and had stayed there weeks after weeks. Winning awards that even seasoned musicians who have been in the industry far longer than she was can only dreamed of. She is the voice. She WAS the voice.

Am I sad that she’s gone? of course! But I was also a bit disappointed at how she ended up her career. She wasn’t on top of the chart. Her choices in life brought her to the bottom. That also makes me sad. Forgive me as I never intend to speak ill of the dead, but yeah, I was disappointed at her.
