Better be prepared than sorry

What is that one thing people with high risk job are afraid of? That’s the capital ‘A’. ACCIDENTS. Imagine if you are one of those I am talking about and have not made any arrangements for your future if something bad will happen during work.

Last year when we had our house renovation, during lunch time I would have conversations with the lone guy working in our house. You might not believe this but he works alone in his business. Home renovations. It might sound simple but it really isn’t since I have seen the dangers in his work. From breaking walls to installing electric wirings, to climbing to the top roof…it was just frightening to think if our renovator will meet accidents while working. I actually have witnessed one when a piece of brick fell to his head cutting his forehead. That was a joke. But he has told me that if he hasn’t been paying his insurance then that would be more terrifying. In the past he had few accidents in his work that caused him months of not working, fortunately he’s covered thus have received accident compensation , otherwise those months that he was not able to work have caused him to go bankrupt.

In the past simple things like would never interest me, but as they say along with age grow understanding.
