I have a friend with an aunt (living in the UK) who started using a computer just last year. The aunt’s finding it a bit difficult to understand since she’s on her late 50′s but are willing to learn. Now I find that admirable, older people willing to learn something new. She’s becoming a wikipedia grandma too. My friend’s aunt also has purchased printer and scanner for her computer. She truly enjoys printing her own photos. But of late I was asked by my friend for some advice on where to buy ink for printers and photo paper since her aunt have heard of online purchasing but was quite not sure on how to do it. She finds the idea better than going to their local supplier which is kilometers away. I can’t blame her. I also am beginning to do online purchasing especially for my computer needs. Not only easier but handy since orders are delivered right to my doorstep.

Anyway I did some browsing to find a shop where my friend’s aunt can do her purchasing, because she didn’t know that you can not just order online from any store but you also have to find out if the offer is locally or internationally. I also made that mistake before when I was about to place an order on a website that delivers only to US! Luckily I stopped when I was about to give my credit card number (sometimes it helps when you read, huh? *lol* )
