Remember when you were a child, how active you were? Running around the house, climbing trees and stairs up and down making your folks crazy? Jumping on your mom and dad’s bed until the springs could no longer handle your jumping?
I children are really active by nature, that they simply must release the energy that sometimes can drive us against the wall! So as parents, we try to find them games that they can really have to use up all energy. I have seven nephews and nieces back home that are just the active type and I have told their moms that there is only one solution for that. Let them jump! My sisters chorused: “What?!
