Charlie is more effective than your exercise machines!
That’s exactly what my husband often tells me. That Charlie’s better. Way better than my exercise machines.
In a way my husband’s right. Though my husband is heavy set, he’s not adding extra pounds like I do, because he walks the dog 4-5 times a day and I’m too lazy to join them.
Because we also found an abnormally hyperactive pug that loves to play, if he can have his way- all his waking hours! And constant attention he wants and gets from my husband the minute he’s off from work.
“Play with me, play with me!” is Charlie’s constant nagging. I like playing with him, especially soccer! He’s pretty good at it and no matter what type of ball, he’ll play it. He really uses his paws to cling to it that makes it fun to play with him. But unlike me, he never gets tired! He’ll probably stop for a few seconds and he’ll start running again like mad dog (pun intended) while I’ll be puffing for dear oxygen.
He’s actually muscular, never weighed more than 8 1/2 kilos unlike pugs his size that normally would weigh 12-18 kilos. Also another thing that I admire about him is that he knows when to stop eating. Sometimes would refuse to eat if he weighs close to 9 kilos. Don’t ask us how, but this is true. No matter how you lure him into taking his food, he’ll turn his *flat*nose up and walk away. Usually this lasts for 2 days.

we we’re having a barbeque at our friends’ home , here he was begging for someone to please play with him…

I’m just too lazy, but if I really want to shed away my extra kilos, I should play often with Charlie. Our own muscular coach.

Thess, Charlie is so cute. “Cho-mach” ang dating niya.
It is so funny how he can be so figure conscious. I think he is the only dog who refuses to eat when he feels a little over weight.
Pwede ko bang hiramin si Charlie for a few weeks so I can start shedding all my unwanted pounds… pleeeease?!

I have never seen a dog which looks like the one featured on this blog. He’s tough looking. If you are interested in sharing your blog post to a lot more online readers, you may check out this site:

Magaling din ang baby. Heheeh. I walk Mina in her stroller all the time, and then I have to watch out because for some reason she prefers the following over her toys: electric cords, my cell phone, power outlets, the garbage can, the computer. hehe.
