Dog’s life.
My husband and I have been busy with our respective work. He would get up at 6 in the morning and by 6:30 am is already working in his office located at the second floor of our house. He had chosen to move his office to our house almost 4 years ago since it saves him a lot of time rather than driving through traffic everyday. Working from home really is beneficial. But I also know that he really enjoys being at home, since he has a constant companion in his office during work hours. Our small dog who is really loyal to my husband. Yes, the dog goes to the ‘office’ too, every single day.
One thing that I’m concern about though, is that the dog refuses to use his doggy bed. On his second birthday, we combed the stores just to find him a bed which we thought he’d appreciate. From many dog beds that we had seen, we chose a comfortable, soft and simply beautiful bed for him, but no, he’d rather sleep beside my husband’s legs. He needs to have that constant human ‘contact’ otherwise he can’t sleep. I find it a waste of money because that dog bed was quite pricey, and not even once he used it. And also as far as I know, our dog is the only dog in the neighborhood who doesn’t use a doggy bed. Although I must admit, having our dog constantly ‘beside’ us is nice, since he really likes to cuddle….which my husband and I are both fond of doing with the dog.
Too spoiled? Perhaps. But why not? ;)
