Who likes Thai food? What’s your favorite then?
For few years I have lived in Thailand and enjoyed immensely the wonderful Thai culture and yes, its food. But only lately that I truly begin to appreciate how clever the Thai people are when it comes to food preparation. In Europe, it is even called the “French Food of Asia” that more and more European are opening up to this kitchen.
Well, good news is, we do not have to go to a Thai restaurant just to savor their food. In our own home I know we can prepare them the way the Thais do. I may not be a good cook but this is for you guys out there who like Thai food but are not adventurous enough to cook them yourself. Why not try to prepare and cook them yourself and I’m sure you’ll get the hang of preparing it once you’ve tasted your own creation.
I wish to share with you a very easy Thai Chicken satay which all ingredients you can find in our own local markets.

itatanong pa ba sis if i like food? halata naman yata sa mala-buddha kong katawan, dba? hahaha, the answer is YES. and my favorite thai dish is basil chicken with lots of chilli over jasmine rice and a side of papaya salad, dagdagan pa natin ng chicken satay and young coconut juice para may panulak. WINNER, dba? hehehehe. have a blessed week end sister thess, love yah lots. mwaaah

Fortunately we have lots of Thai and other Asian restaurants here in the city and craving for satay is readily satisfied :) I agree with you - Thai food is becoming the “French food of Asia”. The balance of spice and other ingredients makes it unique :)

Wish I could say that I will follow this recipe soon but never mind, I have to be honest. No cooking for this lady for a long time. Plenty of eating though! Haha.

BW: oh ho lucky you are!! Good Thai restaurant is quite difficult to find especially in the city where I live. Still, if we drive to the next city, Thai restaurants there are so darn overpriced! kaya I rather cook them myself..buti na lang may cookbooks
