i don’t know anymore
rhada, chelli, rach, ethel, siena, missP, ymir, Girlie, Lino, Sofie, RennyBa, Marie, rose, lucci, tin, jing (you, your brother and family are in my thoughts) pinayhekmi and hanagirl- THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND SUPPORT, my family really appreciate you all, it really mean a lot to us. …but right now, every member of my family is also confused! my sister has yet to see the inside of an operating room, or maybe not! first she was told last week that her gallbladder, like you all know by now, must be removed, ASAP. Since our PNB (holland) failed to deliver my door to door money order on time, the operation was cancelled. So we waited and waited and waited. While waiting, series of tests were conducted on my sister, one result which she heard last monday/16/oct was- her blood pressure was still too high (140/100 as of this writing) so operation was put off. But yesterday her doctor said,’we couldn’t find anything wrong with you nor on your gallbladder…and you’re no longer yellow.’
Ha?!?!
They got T confused, and so am I ..First of all, she was told last week that by friday 13- oct. they must cut her open, what about her blood pressure then? why gave her a specific day for an OP?
blood was drawn out of my sister several times to be tested, ultradsound was conducted and etc. And now, they couldn’t find anything wrong? all these was done at the San Juan Hosp.
Right now, my sister is on her way to another hospital for a second opinion. May she find someone who could give her answers.
I hope this will end soon. May the doctors put her mind (mine especially, please!) to rest. If she needs an operation, get it over with, if not- which we’re all hoping for of course- then tell us so.
my phonebills are skyrocketing too…naku naman, hindi po kami mayaman plus my body is reacting to all these in the wrong, painful way

one day when I was about to step in the car, I saw this happened before my eyes, and how quick it was. Within few seconds, this spider quickly wrapped n spinned this pretty lady bug (was pretty anyway.)
Another reminder how precious life could be taken away in an instant. One minute you’re here, the next..poof!
note: sa mga nag-e-email po sa akin na hindi ko pa nasasagot, pagpasensyahan nyo na ako…wala ako sa mood lately at sadyang marami ako’ng iniisip at inaasikaso …isa na dyan ay ang pagpapatuloy namin ng house renovation, sobrang lamig sa loob ng bahay namin tuwing winter dahil hindi ito properly insulated, rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor this time. Super stressed ako ngayon.

ate inday de rayuma, hayaan mo at ihahanap kita ng b-toy na kulot na kinukuto para kukutuhan mo sya palagi at ng di ka na masyado mai-stress at di ka na tumitig sa mga lady bugs na sinasakal ng gagamba. :hehe::kiss::ouch:
hindi kaya nag mirakol kaya biglang gumaling si kafatidT ? pero importante talaga ang 2nd opinion para makasigurado.
kung ayaw mo ng kulot, sige kalbo na lang na naka peluka na ala vin diesel na medyo kamuka ni pong pagong. you like?

I really hope your sister doesn’t need to undergo surgery anymore. I think you and your family made a good decision by asking for a second opinion. That would put your mind at ease.

THESS: Hi Rach! yeah, the second opinion helped, made it clear that she does need an operation…we just don’t know when. Thanks for the moral support Rach, though we’ve ‘known’ each other just recently, I feel that you’re a very caring person. :)

yes i took that shot, well a lot of shots actually, the spider was spinning so fast and there was the wind that also kept blowing on the web, i could hardly focus…thanks for liking it.

then the delayed money turned out to be a blessing after all. otherwise, sister will be without a working gallbladder.

THESS: the delayed money was the work of an incompetent bank, it wasn’t a blessing..gb isn’t working anymore.

I agree, seek for a second opinion. Minsan kasi nagkakamali ang mga doctor. And tell your sister to drink apple juice, good for the gallbladder daw iyon.
May kilala kami rito na talagang for operation na rin dahil sa gallbladder stones pero hindi natuloy ang operation dahil inom siya ng apple juice then iyong olive oil. Nailabas niya ang stones, lahat, kaya di na inoperahan.
God is good all the time, kung talagang ok na siya iyon ang sagot sa prayers.
THESS: hi Lani..unfortunately her gb can no longer be saved, the second opinion-test showed the same result that an OP is necessary, only now they’ve also found that they need to cure her UTI first with strong medicines.

i am so sorry to hear about your sis and i’m glad to hear na okay na siya ngayon. baka mali nga ang diagnosis ng doctor niya.

THESS: ate, kulang sa pagsusuri ang ginawa sa kanya ng unang doktor though tama ang diagnosis na kailangan OP ang GB.

Well it is so sad to hear that doctors and even medical facilities in the Philippines are quite incompetent.
Anyway, the picture is quite lovely!
THESS: not all doctors are incompetent naman, malas lang pag natapat ang pasyente sa isa. :sad: kahit anong advance ng facilities kung hindi alam gamitin, tama ka..incompetent na nga.

All I can pray for is for competent doctors to come up with answers for your sister.
BTW, have you tried skype? I’ve heard it’s very cheap compared to regular phone rates. Even international calls. Plus its excellent quality.

malay mo, some sort of miracle na OK na ang sister mo….sa dami ba naman ng nag-pray para sa inyo :-).
pero siyempre mas sigurado yung may second opinion, para makasigurado, di ba? and sana nga eh OK na OK na siya talaga.
btw, ano naman ang pakiramdam nya ngayon? is she feeling better?
THESS: oo nga neybor, laki pasasalamat ko sa inyo sa prayer support, but we still need that, unfortunately she still has to go under the knife…new tests showed new results.

when this comment finds you, i hope there’s a clearer diagnosis na re your sister… i can just imagine the worry aside nga from the expense!
anyway, my prayers are with you and your family… in the meantime, gets as much hugs as you can get to allay the negative side effects of worrying…

alam mo, me, my body reacts to stress in a way na bigla nalang maglalabasan lahat ng sakit-sakit ko sa katawan. kahit anong sakit. kaya, i am sure that’s only a reaction to stress. weird tayo noh?
