I don’t want to eat anymore!!
‘I don’t want to eat anymore!” is what I usually scream after a heavy meal, and after looking at myself in the mirror, seeing the result of it. I’ll be a year older in few weeks time and I am not really liking what eating (too much) has brought me. probably I need to get an appointment for colon cleansing or get any of those colon cleansers that are available in the market. Has anyone of your tried colon cleansing before? I only heard that celebrities like Oprah Winfrey, George Foreman and a lot of Hollywood people have tried it and swear that it works. I have no clue about it, you see. So if you have tried, care to share your experience? pros and cons? Thanks! Dieting doesn’t help me anymore and exercising I can’t do all the time…but I have been exercising. Slowly but surely!

Thess, naku Pinky just had her colonoscopy in the Philippines and she swears the enima was enough for you to hate the procedure. I’m not sure about those colon cleansing thingies but I am guessing the idea is the same - to get all those unwanted things out of your system.
