I just had to hear your voice
Yesterday I called up 3 friends all living abroad. Hearing their voices on the other end still can not be compared with internet chatting. Or maybe I am alone in this feeling? I still prefer talking over the phone than chatting by using any microphone. Unfortunately, I can’t always afford to do this because of the cost. It’s expensive enough to call locally, what’s more internationally. But always, there is a solution. I have been relying on cheap phone cards since early 90’s when I started working abroad. Especially when homesickness kicked in, or when I really really had to hear his voice { you know that feeling when you’re in a long distance relationship } in the middle of the night, just to put me to sleep.
Normally I would go to the nearest store offering these phone cards. But now, it’s as easy as 1-2-3 isn’t it? Everything can be found and purchased online, whew! So where to find the cheapest deal for a phone card? Just check that link. Go and try to find the cheapest offered card for countries you wish to use it. I have selected to find one to call the Philippines and I tell you, it’s cheap man! How I wish online phone card offers like this was already in existence back in the 90’s. Maybe they already were, I just didn’t knew. And of course, I didn’t had a computer then. Calling would have been a lot cheaper.
As bonus track that would surely make you purchase a phone card.
