if they can’t hold it…
I was doing some shopping the other day when I saw a group of people on wheelchairs, obviously from a special home care, being wheeled by volunteer help who bring them once a week outside for a little trip. Shopping malls are just a favorite among the disabled maybe because there they see lots of people, busy and lively. And of course they love ice cream parlors in the malls!
I can’t help but admire these people, though called disabled, for me they are really brave and true survivors. Obviously some of them have special needs than the others. Some are really like children that you can see them wearing diapers under their pants, bless the tax payers for providing them incontinence supplies, and their families too.
Aren’t you and I lucky that we use the toilet when we have to go, unlike the disables who rely on others to keep them clean?
If you see someone who’s disabled, give them a smile, a genuine smile will you? And try not to give them the ‘ I pity you’ look which most of us do.
