I’m dieting!
‘I’m dieting!’ My most used and abused line. I don’t even believe it myself because dieting these days for me means eating moderately for a day or two and then going at it the following days, leaving me bloated than ever. Argh! It really is a big battle for this aging body of mine and this mouth that is always open and munching on whatever eyes see. I am so frustrated, really. from a gym rat to a, well- fat rat that I become! But my real frustration comes from my back pain. I can no longer do the exercises that I used to enjoy. How I loved doing rowing, bench press (50kls.), cross training which I can still do but at a minimum pace otherwise it cause pain…and pilates, well I can still move my legs but no lifting up of my back while on supine position.
