My aunt and her computer

My aunt living in the USA called me up the other day. Because her laptop is ‘acting up’ again, according to her. You see, she’s not really into computers that she only uses it only for e-mailing. A friend set up the laptop for her in the past but this friend has moved to another State so my aunt has no one to ask to fix it this time. I told her about FastTeks.com IT services both for business and residential. That they would send fully trained people to take care of home computer repair and just about everything that is computer related, from virus, worm, spyware removal (I believe her computer has a lot of these that’s why it’s acting up), wireless networking (I told my aunt this is way cool! because she can bring her laptop anywhere she wants in the house and be able to use it) and all other services that her her laptop needs. She then said to me: ‘ how can I access their website when my laptop hangs and I can’t do anything about it?
Good point! So I hurriedly searched the website myself and found their service number, then gave it my aunt.
Now I’m hoping that I will not hear about her laptop again for the next months.
