Once there was a dutch orange spidey
In August I’ve already posted this shot on my other blog. A small number of you had seen this too ( because I know that you some of you guys do not even know I have an existing photo/personal blog.) I just want to remind myself and other non professional photographers out there that in photography, nothing is impossible. You just have to trust your instinct and a bit of luck in lighting (I seldom get a natural light due to the typical gray dutch weather ) …and sometimes go against the ‘teachings’ of the professionals..like what I did to get this photo.
This little spidey was actually my second macro model. I should have placed a cotton bud next to it so you’ll see how minute it was.
The very same day when my husband gifted me with a macro lens (which to be honest, I did not know how to use) I searched for small creatures I could practice on. I found this and a fly (probably will share in this blog this time cos it’s also posted on my other blog.)
This photo was marked favorite by some pure pro photographers on my flickr stream…(proud ang ilong ko, you betcha!)
so, is it a cutie or creepy?

K: I also don’t like bugs..but this one I really fancied because of its colours…such great subject anyway it was hanging on my window the entire summer…did not disturbed it for the duration
