Oxford Street, London | Weekend Snapshot #20

No I was not in London the past weekend. It’s just that I wasn’t in the mood to take photos..everyone in the family is down at the moment because my brother in law who has cancer will come home tomorrow because the doctors can no longer help him . The aggressive cancer has rapidly spread to his body and…well….Wim wants to spend the rest of his days with his family. Both my husband and I lie awake the past nights. There’s too much sadness around….

anyway, I still want to participate in WS though a bit late and with photo which was not taken this weekend like I said, but this was a snapshot of Oxford Street, London UK , the longest shopping street I’ve seen so far in Europe. I was at the second level of a double decker when I took this shot. Spring of last year.

That is such sad news. Your care and concern will be a blessing while your family struggles through this together.

That is a wonderful picture, a great catch in B&W.

But that was a fabulous shot you got there… why can’t I do the same? Hmm…well, some are meant capture the shots, others… just to view them.

even without your caption, obvious na obvious that the place is london because of the architecture and the “rounded” cars. :)

Sorry to hear about your brother in law. He has the peace and the love of his family as he is staying home rather than the hospital. Hope a miracle healing will happen.

That black and white pic is very pretty. It looks very poster like - clean and clear
