My friend Sardonicnell started this rather iteresting meme, one that makes you think carefully of your answers. The kind of meme I love answering and passing to others. First the how to:

Here’s the questions and my answers…
A period of time in your life when you felt protected. Back in the early 80’s when I was able to jump out of the jeepney I was in (seated beside the driver) I was able to jump before a cop’s car - yessss cops! they weren’t in a hurry because they had a crime to solve but just driving recklessly- whammed the side I was seated on. Had I not jumped out in advance, thanking my guardian angels of course -I would’ve not reached this ripe age.
A period of time in your life when you felt unprotected. It happened in Singapore, when together with a friend we went to a 7-eleven to buy food one midnight because of hunger pangs. Before we entered the store I saw what seemed a man from across the street playing with himself. Inside the store I saw this man followed us and just at the right time, I turned around finding him almost few inches away trying to grab my shoulder. Luckily my fear overcame my shock, I grabbed some chopsticks (tingin ko kasi nuon, kaya kaming ipagtanggol ng sticks eh) and my friend then we started running away. But the maniac was trailing us so we ran and ran (this was the part I felt so unprotected by the chopsticks *rolleyes* ) until we saw a police station ahead. The maniac did not see it only until he was at the station door. Pointing him to the cops inside, they hurriedly ushered us to a parked police car to join them in the chase because we need to identify him, they said. We caught up w/ him but my friend and I refused to step out of the car fearing to see him face to face. His profile was taken and warned never to step in the city again, otherwise he’ll land in jail.

The first time you discovered power. Probably before the age of ten. I was already in charge of our 3 stores and our helpers were 2 or 3 times my age.
A person who’s life has affected you the most. Besides my mother, that would be my husband. He’s helped me become a better person. I never liked myself before that.
A book that has affected you the most. Might sound cliche but it’s the bible. Like I said I never liked me before, but the bible showed me the way.
A piece of music or song that affected you the most. “Upon This ROCK’ by Sandi Patty it’s a Christian song that I wish to share with you so you’ll understand why. Listen to the lyrics.
A movie or film that affected you the most. Several old movies, that showed Jesus’ dying on the cross.

thess, sa #1, buti na lang at may pagka-stunt woman ka at mabilis ang reflexes mo. katakot naman ang #2! grabe ka, thess…ma-action ka talaga! hahaha! it is always nice knowing a little more about you. mmwah! have a great weekend. :)

Thess, grabe yung first two answers mo ha… action packed! I think for both instances you were really protected by your guardian angel.
I am so impressed at how you managed 3 stores when you were just 10. Galing mo naman. That is very difficult to do for a child.

pero nawala na bisa nung power ko na yon nung makilala ko si sofie nung late teens na ako.
pero nung makilala kita, pakiramdam ko parang bumabalik na naman. may suspetsa ako na napupunta naman sa mga buhok ko sa ilong. IKAW MAY KAGAGAWAN NON !!!!!

nataya din ako ni nell for this, natapos ko naman gawin hehe.
yung 1&2 mo tunay na ma-aksiyon. grabe, pwede mo palang gawing career ang pagiging stuntwoman hehe. at bwiset naman yung maniac na yun, kadiiirs! dapat dun alisin na talaga sa kalsada.
alam mo ang sweet sweet talaga ng asawa mo ha, at na-touch naman ako at he made you a better woman pala. pa-kurot nga sa pisngi!
