Shall I shift to Nikon?
Friday, October 3, 2008 22:25My biggest hobby is photography. I am not good at it but I guess I am not that bad either. Some folks who have seen my photos say that I’m way passed the novice’s level. Maybe true, maybe not. I don’t sound so sure aren’t I? It’s because I haven ‘t had any formal training so I do feel inadequate still to give myself a pat on the shoulder even if I know I have taken quality photos.
Anyway another hobby is collecting cameras. I have been doing for the past 13 years. The first camera that I bought was a Canon Prima 105, it was a film camera. That was followed by another Canon which was with 2 megapixels but this time a digital one. I have a total of 5 Canon cameras, a Sony and a Pentax in my collection. Though I have specific favorite, I still try to use them all, depending on what shooting calls for.
But I must say that I am also curious about Nikon camera, I have never used this brand, yet. And I am seriously thinking of adding one to my collection. I am considering getting the Nikon D90 because I love the fact that it is a mid-class D-SLR with movie function! My Nikon user friends are raving about it and they swear it would be a nice addition to my collection.
Shall I or not? I can imagine my husband calling me crazy! ha ha ha!
Ah, itś nice to dream, luckily itś free!

Nikon D-90 is a great camera. Methinks you should go for it – it’s a very safe choice.
Having said that, I’m still undecided on what to buy hehe

Kuya on the other hand, impractical on my part..kasi I wont be able to use my Canon lenses….
k: ) …kasi pang pro na ito at kahit novice ako, dream ko magkaroon from this series talaga.
what’s more I have my eyes set on this new canon camera too, 5D Mark II which is the ‘ultimate’ gadget for me he he (may nalalaman pang ultimate eh, ano?
oh well, I’ll dream for now…

nikon system kami nung film pa, pero nung digital na, hubby says mas maganda daw ang canon…skin tone wise =)

Naman, naman, talagang nangongolekta ka nga ng cameras! Bibili ka nga ba? Pag bumili ka ibigay mo sa akin yong isang DLSR canon mo na di mo na-type. Yong DSLR ha! With Lens pa! Nagdemand pa. Bwahahaha…
