This financial crisis has caused people to resort to criminal acts. People who, were honest and hard working before the crisis hit them. Now many of them lost their jobs. Many of them live in the streets. Many of them are desperate. Just surviving, on a daily basis. Can the government help them? Banks can loan them money? You and I know that answer to those questions.
Many of these people do not have a choice but do whatever it takes to survive. Illegal ways have become their option. Desperate people steal from others. Even stealing other’s identity is quite easy for some.
Ah, so what can we do about it? Can we blame those, who just want to survive? I guess we just need to protect ourselves against not just these people. Start with
