Taking it slow…exercising that is.

I mentioned in my previous post about my back pain from last week. I’m not happy when that happens because of extreme pain that I experience but also it makes me angry since I couldn’t exercise. It was my wish to exercise again start of this year since I’ve done so little of it the past year. But now, because of my bad back I couldn’t.
In the past I was a gym rat! I would do cardio and weights for almost 4 hours -5 days a week. I was enjoying it. Toned muscles, energetic and painless, all these I want for my body again. Come to think of it, I miss bench pressing. I could press max 50 kls. Yeah 50 kls! But now, 2kls give me arm pain, gheez.

But I am decided. By hook or by crook I will try to get into shape. I am also browsing the internet for informations, like proper way of exercising for people my age (ehem) and for people with back problem. I found this link that isn’t clear what it’s about :super pump 250 , if you have any idea, care to share with me? I also want to order Latin dance DVD, because I miss dancing too. Besides dancing is a great way to sweat and lose weight too.
