One day I planned to make Pork Pineapple Hamonado for dinner but when I was about to bundle the prepared meat, I whispered to myself: “wait a minute, I can simplify this process!” So what I did was rolled out the meat again, took the pineapple and cheese pieces from the middle then I sliced the pork into bite size and the rest, well …please read here, including the recipe.

I tried using my third party lens for this shot, now I realized that I really really need to practice my shots and learn more about overoxposure and underexposure.

do you shoot manual or auto? pag auto pede mo nalang override…hirap minsan, need to memorize opening and shutter for every kind of light…haaaayyyy

GIRLIE: AF gamit ko most of the time. I don’t quite trust myself yet to use MF. Ay sinabi mo pa! Ang daming settings, nakakaloka! But that’s the challenging and fun part of using a DSLR, your eyes need to communicate with your brain, assessing the target and its surrounding. Hindi nga lang fun para sa asawa at biyenan ko, kasi lalo na pag yung dinner namin ang subject/s ko, litaw na dila nila sa gutom panay pa rin kuha ko ng litrato! nyahahaha!
CHEH: oks lang sepsep, it’s your birthday naman eh nyahahaha! uy ate Cheh, try nimo ini, baka magustuhan ni fafah long nose.
