Whitney Houston breaks my heart
Whitney Houston fans like myself have long waited for this diva’s comeback to the music scene. Sadly because of her bad choices the past years, not only that her throne as the unbeatable diva was lost, but also her voice.
A friend has posted this video of her performing I’m Every Woman at Good Morning America, on September 2nd 2009. I was both shocked and sad upon hearing Whitney. She sounded so bad. Simply bad. Most part of the song was sung by her backup vocals.
I felt a bit ashamed for Whitney too. Don’t get me wrong, I still love this woman and would always consider her my biggest idol…I only wish she did not perform this particular song (video) even if she was offered a lump cash.
I hope she was only having a sore throat that day.
